CMSA is a cooperative. It was founded in 1944 in the city of Montecatini Terme (Pistoia). The name means “cooperative of masons, diggers and related trades”. It has always operated in the building sector accumulating experience and expertise over time, which is now renewed through the company policy of introducing qualified young workers as compatible with work in progress.
In recent years the quantity and quality of completed projects, together
with the levels of certification achieved, have made CMSA a leading enterprise on the domestic scene. In fact, the cooperative is registered as a qualified enterprise in nine categories of general construction and eleven specialised categories for the execution of public works.
CMSA is also qualified for project design, conducted by internal personnel, for unlimited amounts.
For this purpose it maintains the Design and Technical Services office, conducted by no. 5 graduates in technical disciplines.
